Fornication is the same as adultery and LGBT.Very few people want to say any sexual behavior is just plain wrong. That's why there's discussion about whether he broke the law.

Is anyone arguing that he broke the law? He is unqualified to continue in the ministry. He resigned. I think that’s the extent of it.
