Golden State deems abortion 'basic health care'
SAN FRANCISCO (ChurchMilitant.com) - The Supreme Court of California has shot down a lawsuit a Catholic missionary group of women brought to overturn a state mandate that requires their health insurance subsidize abortions.
In August, an appeals court informed the Missionary Guadalupanas of the Holy Spirit (MGHS) ― a group whose "specific apostolate in the Church consists mainly in the integral evangelization and catechesis of the poor indigenous peoples, migrants, the marginalized and excluded ― that a woman's decision to abort her child is "medically necessary."
California determined that abortions are "basic health care" and "medically necessary" under former Democrat Gov. Jerry Brown and regulated in 2014 that all healthy insurance plans must provide for abortions without any exceptions based on religious or moral grounds.
MGHS fought this state regulation by arguing that the state never offered an opportunity for public comment, rendering the decision unlawful.
But internal emails between Planned Parenthood and the California Health and Human Services agency in February 2014, which were discovered in April, showed that the nation's largest abortion chain had pressured the agency to make churches and religious groups pay for elective abortions.

BS - guns are an actual constitutional and should be provided to all able bodied men FOR FREE by the government.
Medically unnecessary abortions are NOT HEALTH CARE
Just refuse to pay. 98% of what they count on is fear based compliance. Eventually what will end this tyranny is mass refusal to comply.
And it would be pretty powerful if a certain pope decided he cared and wanted to focus a lot of attention on it. But he’s too busy blessing pagan idols, and cursing America for Hiroshima and ending the war.
...and Pope Francis smiles.
Proves the Democrat sacrament is abortion. You hear any Democrats decrying the court’s ruling? I don’t.
Next they will want the church to pay for their whore-houses. May the Lord rebuke these evil rebels!
This is their holy grail. They have long wanted to force normal people to pay for abortions, euthanasia, sex-change operations, and aids care.
What lies bub? Chickfila makes itself out to be a Christian company, using faith to earn money but it really isn’t. The faithful should be made aware of this. I worked there, had interactions with people, witnessed events. You can defend them all you want, doesn’t make what they do right.
I think this is echo of the upcoming "mark" which all must take in order to buy or sell.
It is not the mark presently, but could very well be something so abominable, that no unredeemed person can tolerate.
1) Not a bub 2) They are committed Christians and can donate to whomever they choose. That the MSM made it out to be a gay/not gay thing is not Chick-Fil-A’s problem 3) Cannot believe how many “Christians” & conservatives suddenly decided that the MSM were now credible sources.
Credible Christians donate money only if it glorifies God. CFA can donate how they want, just don’t tell/imply to your Operators, employees and customers that you are a Christian company when in fact CFA is basically just like any other secular biz. I can tell you that Covenant House is NOT a Christian charity. Sunday sales are coming also, not tomorrow, but its coming. I eat at other places but Christians always felt it was a little better to frequent CFA more bc of their Christian stance. Well i doubt that will happen now, Christians consciences have been freed from CFA now. If you have never worked at CFA then you wouldn’t understand. I know a lot of employees amd operators that are struggling with this news bc now the public as a whole is figuring out how CFA is. Operators cant say anything bc they make ALOT of money. This view isn’t from MSM, it is straight from Tim Tousopolis’s mouth and the Cathy childrens actions on the board and excutive team.
