The book of Concord was not written by Luther but contains the doctrine of the Lutheran Church. It is not scripture and therefore is not inerrant.
It is good to know that Lutherans agree your doctrine is in error.

As to your other point as a lifelong Lutheran I have never been taught the perpetual virginity of Mary. It is simply not taught. Every church I have been a member of has acknowledged that Christ has bothers and sisters
There may be errors in Luthers theology but far less than in catholic theology. Before you break you arm patting yourself on the back Paul said we all see through a glass darkly. Luther got the biggest one right and God used him to reform the church that was in grievous error. Salvation is by grace through faith alone period. No works can add one iota. The solas of the Lutheran reformation stand as a ringing clarion call across the ages to return to Biblical Truth away from the error and heresy of the Roman Church.
