BEFORE he leaves hospital, get the treating Dr. to prescribe Home Health Care because he must have (or have had) face-to-face consult for the Rx.
Contact your medical insurance carrier, medicare advantage plan, &/or medicare for their coverage requirements.

He has an in home physical therapist coming.
I’m near the point of falling down myself.
He’s stressed about bills and getting back to work ASAP and driving me to the point of whatever comes after total exhaustion.
He hates being “ helpless” and resents asking for help.
He’s already getting around better than expected but is far from “normal “ still.
This morning, on top of everything else, my laptop died so I’m pecking this out on my phone.
I’m starting to really feel cursed.
