To: John4.11
LORD, please hear the prayers offered by
John4.11 and others here.
Our nation is in need of You.
We are blessed that You heard our prayers and
presented us a warrior to fight for this nation.
We pray he will do Your will in eliminating
the moles which make the foundation of this nation highly unstable. Please give him the necessities to erase Socialism, Satans curse, from this world.
As always, we pray for our brethren, ill
and injured, that they be healed in spirit, mental,
and physical health.
He calls them by name
We pray in JESUS Name.
Amen.

Music; God leads Us AlongWhat an exquisite version of this old hymn! Vocals, banjo, violin, all of it. Thank you, V K Lee, for finding this treasure! I'm going to feature it below, for any who may be at work to be able to read the lyrics.

God Leads Us Along
by George A. Young, 1903
sung by the Forbes Family
In shady green pastures, so rich and so sweet
God leads His dear children along
Where the waters cool flow bathes the weary ones feet
God leads His dear children along
Some through the waters, some through the flood
Some through the fire, but all through the blood
Some through great sorrow, but God gives a song
In the night season and all the day long
Sometimes on the mount where the sun shines so bright
God leads His dear children along
Sometimes in the valley, in darkest of night
God leads His dear children along
Some through the waters, some through the flood
Some through the fire, but all through the blood
Some through great sorrow, but God gives a song
In the night season and all the day long
Away from the mire, and away from the clay
God leads His dear children along
Away up in glory, eternitys day
God leads His dear children along
Some through the waters, some through the flood
Some through the fire, but all through the blood
Some through great sorrow, but God gives a song
In the night season and all the day long

Billy Graham: Technology, faith and human shortcomingsOh, my, V K Lee, how wonderful! Thank you so much for posting this link!
This talk eleven years ago, with its witness to Jesus as Savior, most probably could not be delivered today in a similarly elite group of academics or techies. It moved me to tears to hear Billy Graham, whom anyone not knowing of him might take as a hick from North Carolina, exercising his apparently prodigious and well-read intellect to reach a highly educated audience, to make them laugh, to inspire those who can hear the truth, and to make others squirm, or at least consider his message.
I once knew for a period of years the renowned public intellectual from New York and Aspen who started this TED talk program, Richard Saul Wurman, to whom Billy Graham refers by his first name during the talk, and whom you see briefly leading Rev. Graham onstage and offstage; I knew him when he was a young Jewish architect and city planner in Philadelphia. Billy Graham was astute in making many references to the Hebrew Bible and to King David during his TED talk, as doubtless there were many Jews in this Silicon Valley conference of techies. Still, I am amazed that Richard Wurman put this appearance before this crowd. God is great!
