Yes. I believe that one is a red herring as well. But it’s harder to fake than “rape”.
I would tend to agree with your assessment. I might put Alito’s and Gorsuch’s percentages a bit higher, but am quite pessimistic about Kavanaugh and Roberts. In big cases, such as ObamaCare, it seems to me that Roberts can be pressured to conform to the world and the elitists.
Are you thinking maybe 80% and 60% for Alito & Gorsuch?
