The Bible in Isaiah says about Jesus appearance that he had no form nor comeliness that we should desire him. In other words he wasn’t built and he wasn’t handsome.

I agree....you work with your hands like carpenters do...and let's remember there weren't any power tools in His day....it was all manual labor....you get strong.

See number 77. I would have pinged you if I’d read your comment first.

I remember reading that Jesus was a short misshapen Jewish guy. I’ve always known he wasn’t the long haired Anglo Saxon of the paintings, but I like knowing he wasn’t some movie star hunk.

We either like his words or we like his handsomeness.

No contest. It’s his message that counts.
