If the title looks plain idiotic, it's not. On October 31, many who identify as being believers in Christ Jesus will actually do just that. Their church may have a spooky "trunk or treat" or festival, or a costume contest and they'll take their kids to it. This year the costumes will be even more horrific than the last, but it's all in fun. No. If you or your church participate in the celebration of Satan's day, you are in league with the Evil One and are not truly a Child of the Living God--Jesus. Get yourself and your family out of that church, repent and receive Jesus as your Savior and Lord or recommit your lives to the Lord, and find a church that does follow Christ and teaches the whole Bible. If there is any gathering at any church on the 31st, it should be to pray for the protection and safety of our law enforcement, first responders, our fellow believers, missionaries, our loved ones and thank our Savior that He indeed is coming quickly. My beloved FRiends, I love you in Christ Jesus.
I’ve never said anything of the sort. But as you did when you replied to me about not being a Christian, that is what you should do when you join such a thread in the religion forum, particularly when the title is, “If Jesus is truly your Lord and Savior, don’t worship Satan.” Before you acknowledged that you’re not a Christian, you answered as if you’ve accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, and that isn’t the case. It isn’t hard to identify yourself, and mostly people do when it’s right to do so. It’s extremely common when people comment about something having to do with a group they don’t belong to. Have you really not noticed that?
Like the Pharisees, you can readily identify the sin in others and are quick to condemn it. Better yet, you have fabricated rules for other people to follow. A child going door-to-door dressed as a cowboy getting candy is suddenly “Satanic”.
Meanwhile, the President of the US paid off a prostitute.
Draw the line for me.
Before you acknowledged that youre not a Christian, you answered as if youve accepted Him as your Lord and Savior, and that isnt the case.
In what post did I pose as a Christian? In my first post, I called to OP a Grinch. In the 2nd, I simply told you to lighten up because its a silly holiday. In my 3rd post, I pointed out that making a few snarky comments doesnt make me a fanatic. In the 4th post, I was asked directly about my faith and answered openly and honestly.
When was I deceptive?
No, I still remind myself of my own great failings as a sinner, but the difference is in professing Christians, as the Bible describes them, as rejecting God’s will, not wanting to live according to it, and trying to introduce heresy into the world while opposing the cross of Christ. You have removed from the New Testament what you don’t want to hear. In the Bible according to you, the first Christians written about in the Bible, the apostles and even Jesus Himself are Pharisees. The New Testament has many harsh words for such Christians who don’t repent of their rebellion towards God. If the entire early church and apostles had faith as you do, would the church have survived and grown? The description you have of Halloween simply being a child wearing a cowboy costume and going around for candy isn’t the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth about what Halloween really is, especially spiritually.
There are rules for the Religion forum:

And really, any one who is conservative would be aware that there would be on a conservative forum, and also be aware of how the other posters are acting. Then in general, people do identify where they’re coming from when it matters, which it does in the Religion forum, and especially in a thread called, “If Jesus is truly your Lord and Savior, don’t worship Satan,” an article addressed to Christians. You were deceptive in passing yourself off as a Christian on a thread for Christians. Where I’m not part of a group in an article like that, I identify myself and so do other people who are not trying to be taken as a member of the group.
