Lord Jesus,
We ask that you shield our President and his family from the protests in Scotland and the people who are opposing his stay there before the meeting with Putin ahead. Grant him a focused mind and heart to discern rightly those in Finland who will be hosting this meeting and well as Putin and those of his staff.
We pray for a favorable outcome that will be in the interests of the American people as well as Russian people...and that reasonable agreements might be reached where communication can be forthcoming that will impact the future.
We pray for Pres. Putin as he prepares for these meetings...that you would oversee each mans words and intentions so that there be an understanding between them. Above all else we pray your will and purpose be according to your plans for all concerned among the nations and leaders.
