Ask the child if he/she wants to be aborted. Give the child a choice!
This is the most American, individual-oriented response. Let each person decide, at the age of reason, if he wishes to be terminated. So, you don’t get permission to abort your kid until he is 18, and then just try to get that retroactive abortion.
