So, does this mean that relations between men or between women is acceptable, as long as the participants’ sexual attraction towards persons of the same sex is NOT exclusive or predominant?

It is a classic example of moral relativism and deconstructionism, whereby objective reason and truth, along with moral clarity are replaced by a social construct that’s invented out of whole cloth, with the objective of “normalizing” the abnormal.
It is also a classic example of incrementalism or “nudging.” which is both a philosophy (1950’s) and strategy employed to avois cultural backlash and resistance by incrementally mutating moral boundaries slowly over time. This is the genesis of the term “Boil th Frog,” meaning that by the time impending peril is realized, it’ll be too late to avoid its intended consequences.
This rainbow Mickey Mouse cap be added to the growing list of incrementalist deconstruction, which is well understood by noted Cultural Marxists like Cass Sunstein, Van Jones, Valerie Jerrett and Barack Obama, and include such things as: gays in the military’ transgender restrooms; homosexual sex education for grade-schoolers; gender reassignment for federal prisoners; gay discrimination laws and judicial rulings; gender identity determination by elementary school childres; and, even lighting the White House in rainbow colors. Now this.
It’s important to remember that while each of these incremental changes might be individually repugnant, they are only symptoms. or constructs of all kinds that are being used to deconstruct the homogeneity of the American mainstream fabric. The disease itself is the complete eradication of our moral, religious and ethical boundaries, to the extent that we’re willing to tolerate the intolerable; accept the unacceptable; justify the unjustifiable; and, become unwitting participants in our own destruction.
While it is true that an America without protected borders ceases to be a sovereign nation, it’s equally true that an America without widely agreed-upon cultural boundaries ceases to become a cohesive moral society and relevant world leader A failure of the latter renders the former, moot.
