If faith alone, coupled with the death of Christ on the cross, ensures my salvation, why would I ever attend church or do a good deed? Even worse, why WOULDNT I DO EVIL DEEDS?Because the born/again born from above believer is now a child of God and has a new nature and WANTS to please God and live a holy pure life out of gratitude for what God has done in him.
He does it not to earn salvation, but out of a desire to glorify God in everything he does.
Anyone who who thinks that salvation by grace through faith is a license to sin has NO clue what redemption and the new birth are all about and has clearly not been born again.

Not a clue. Anyone who thinks they can use their salvation experience, as an excuse for wickedness, has about a 99.9% chance of hearing Jesus say to them, I never knew you. They are only lying to themselves.
