One of my friends is ex-gay. It’s like any addiction, people struggle with it, but it is a self-destructive lifestyle and it can be overcome.
It used to rightly be viewed as just one variation on sexual excess.
That is why so many who indulge one excess eventually indulge others.
It is actually not any form of functional sexuality, it is eroticism: fetishizing someone of the same sex.
Homosexuality is a relatively modern, and erroneous, word that should never have been coined.
