Of those listed, only women are empowered by law to kill babies, which is why their status in regards to a claimed right to kill babies, and the current legal status of that claim, needs to be addressed distinctly.

I agree that the situation with women, in particular, claiming the right to kill their babies, needs to be addressed distinctly.

This killing is in some ways like any other killing, in some ways like some other killing, and in some ways like no other killing.

It's nevertheless true that--- across the board --- nobody (male or female, Church or State, humanitarian or Hitler) has the right to kill babies. Period.

Oh, and “humanitarian” killing is also increasingly empowered by law, in places quite close to here (e.g. Canada). Merciless mercy for the disabled, depressed, or simply depersonalized.
