Nonsense. A Church has no employees. It has members whom are individuals. They cover their own insurance either through faith or cash.

If your Church needs people to be paid to join it, it’s not a Church, it’s a cult.

See islam.

The grounds keepers, maintenance people, cleaners, secretaries, bookkeepers, etc, the priest himself, are all PAID employees.

Or do you think that the work above just “miraculously happens”?

It's daffy, simply untrue that any church that has employees is a cult. Where do you get this odd notion? Your opinion supported neither by Scripture nor by history.

Although he often preferred to support himself by his earnings as a tentmaker, St Paul made a point of saying he had a right to be supported by the local churches, because "the laborer is worthy of his hire." I suppose you want teachers, counselors, the full-time bilingual secretary/office manager, the parish nurse, and even the grounds and maintenance crew to work for nothing? You think maybe they're independently wealthy? A group that requires all its staff to work for nothing --- like Scientology --- now *there's* a cult.
