And when roodian types sought to egg Jesus on, to show them more spectacular miracles and tell them what works they could do to earn eternal life, THIS is the exchange which roodian fools miss or ignore:

John 6:

28 Then they asked him, “What must we do to do the works God requires?”

29 Jesus answered, “The work of God is this: to believe in the one he has sent.”

39 & 40
And this is the will of Him who sent Me, that I shall lose none of all those He has given Me, but raise them up at the last day. For it is My Father’s will that everyone who looks to the Son and believes in Him shall have eternal life, and I will raise him up at the last day.”

42 They were asking, “Is this not Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? How then can He say, ‘I have come down from heaven?’”

43 Stop grumbling among yourselves, Jesus replied. “No one can come to Me unless the Father who sent Me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day.

.
As the great apostle John explained in his first epistle, to believe in the one he has sent, one has to walk as he walked.

That requires full obedience to every commandment.

Yeshua and all of his apostles were totally Torah compliant, as he expects us to also be.

If you are not, you do not believe in him.
