-——Christ said don’t divorce and whoever divorces a woman and marries another commits adultery against her.——

You might want to read some commentary outside of the RCC teaching that contextual would shed some light on what the Lord was teaching about....

He was actually pointing out what hypocrites the religious leaders of that time were...not condemning divorced people to a celibate life...

How do you come up with that after reading what you wrote yourself?

-——Christ said don’t divorce and whoever divorces a woman and marries another commits adultery against her.——

This is pretty clear to me, I don’t think you need to read any commentary about it. You divorce, the only choice is to live celibate or break a commandment for the rest of your life. It isn’t rocket science

But are you not sola Scriptura? Why should you tell anyone to read any commentary rather than the Bible itself. Your Protestant commentaries are nothing but the traditions of man. My Bible says that Jesus said: "If anyone divorces his wife and marries another he commits adultery." It could not be clearer.
