Define ‘truth.’
All you need is Scripture to know what God’s plan for salvation is. The Bible isn’t a science textbook.

Well, that is not what Scripture says.
“But if I tarry long, that you may know how you ought to behave yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and foundation of the truth.” 1Tim 3:15
God bless in your journey to the truth, found in the Church. Now you have to ask, "Which Church?" Start with the one Christ founded.
