Jeanette Vizguerra, a mother of four, was scheduled to check in with Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents Wednesday morning. She wanted to extend the stay on her deportation order, which expired last week, while she applies for a special visa. It was denied.
She now faces separation from her American-born children, the youngest of whom is just 6.
Vizguerras attorney appeared in court for her, saying she probably would have been taken into custody if she appeared. She is now taking sanctuary at the First Unitarian Society while she plans her next legal move.

“Can somebody tell me why these illegals who are waving Mexican flag in our faces, are so horrified at the prospect of going back to Mexico?”
Because Mexico wont put up with that meierda de toro!
Well said. No one will prevent her taking her children HOME to Mexico. The fact is they want the kids to stay here for the benefits-break our laws AND benefit from them. No more, mamacita. If they love Mexico, think Mexican and defend Mexico then they should LIVE in Mexico. How can they not want to live in a country they love? Agreed - the church is sacred and the gov’t shouldn’t go in. She can stay there for ever
LOL.
Shut off the water and electricity.
First thing that needs said is that illegals have kids here so they can complicate the process of deportation and so they can more easily access welfare benefits.
She’s lived here over 20 years but has apparently never bothered to learn English. Doesn’t look like she ever had any intention of becoming a citizen.
You're forgiven. :-) !!
