No one disputes Judaism and Islam are monotheistic.
Christians are the only ones who claim Christianity is monotheistic.
Because Christianity IS monotheistic! I don’t expect an unbeliever to understand the concept of the ONE, TRUE God consisting of three persons - the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. It is true whether you believe it or not.
