Confusion reigns supreme in the world today, especially in the ability to discern right from wrong. It seems that we are approaching the "Days of Noah (and) Lot" in that so many in positions of power are making decisions that will bring judgment on our nation, and the world. John, however, asserts that even Lot didn't have to deal with this level of depravity and he politely warns that judgment is coming for our blatant endorsement of immoral acts, including the approval of murder in the womb in the name of "choice." While it is a lightly worded title, this message is a sobering reminder that our nation and our world has run off the rails and into certain disaster in the form of judgments from a Holy God that will not be mocked or ignored.

Since he didn’t live then and the Bible as well as concurrent histories at least allude to the depravity of the times of Noah and Lot....I merely suggest he has no clue as to what he is talking about

Yes, we have the Bible today. And because we do you would think there would be less depravity. But because the Word is available so readily, and witnesses are hardly rare, the judgement is even greater: for now the world has both ‘seen’ and hated the Lord God Amighty.
