Now, Donald J. Trump is no Jesus - though at his best, he seems to be truly penitent for his shortcomings and interested in doing the will of God -- or at the very least, surrounds himself with the likes of men of God such as Mike Pence and Ben Carson - always a good sign.
That being said, I believe this admonition from Christ can directly apply to tepid Trump supporters -- particularly those righteous people who deep down espouse what Trump/Pence stand for, but are too afraid to admit it or proclaim their support. Some are even afraid to vote in secret!

Now, is the "Silent Majority" -- the unpolled thousands or even millions as large as has been in the past? Likely not, but one wonders how hurt this campaign has been as Trump, Pence and their families lay near everything out on the line for the country, the world, and the future -- while the very people who should be supporting and sticking up for THEM sit back in fear laughing along to replays of SNL parody videos and seeking acceptance among their lunch table peers.
Please pray for a spirit of boldness and resolve to overwhelm all the tepid, may people wake up to the high stakes of this election.
