>> “Note, however, you do not try to reconcile the verses...” <<
There is nothing to reconcile!
Both verses declare the truth to those that read the scriptures for their meaning.
Yisrael, the “doers of the Law,” will indeed be dustified!
Those that are caught up in the Pharisee’s false law of works will never know Yeshua, and will follow every false messiach that buys an ad in the Globe.
Paul didn’t ever conclude that no one can keep Torah, you seem to be completely unable to differentiate between Yehova’s loving Torah, and the Pharisee’s false man made law of Takanot, and Ma’assim.
I do not even discern in your posts the slightest desire to learn and understand these basics of the word.
You’re not yet even a baby believer!
You cannot digest even the milk of the word, let alone the meat.

The 'Law' is referred to numerous times in the Pauline epistles...Can you show us when Paul speaks of the Law it is a reference to the Pharisee's law and not the Law of the Old Testament???
Gal 3:23 But before faith came, we were kept under the law, shut up unto the faith which should afterwards be revealed.
Gal 3:24 Wherefore the law was our schoolmaster to bring us unto Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
The Pharisee's law was our schoolmaster???
Gal 3:25 But after that faith is come, we are no longer under a schoolmaster.
