All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works. 2 Timothy 3:16-17

It is not merely a good teaching tool. It is the very word of God.

So, if my pastor’s sermons are inspiration of God, should we staple them to the end of the bible as an addendum? I mean, Revelation warns us not to add to the book of revelation, but adding “books” to the overall collection we call the bible is fair game, right?

I will answer directly and without sarcasm. Those parts of your pastor’s sermons that come from the scripture would have no need to be stapled to the end of your Bible. They are already there. Let me ask. What is your final authority?

It sounds more like your pastor's sermons are inspired by Satan, based upon your comments. I'd be happy to help you try to locate a Christian church in your area. Specify dunking or pouring, and I can work from there.
