The best thing when meeting any demon is to rebuke them in the name of Jesus. Shining Light on them is their greatest fear.
The same is true when they try to contaminate you with evil thoughts. Stand guard as they are sneaky and know every single weakness we have.
I know I am not afraid.This has to do with the name .I’ll look it up.They are having trouble sleeping and have no knowledge of demons but have entered a deeper prayer life.They have done that-what you suggested.
