I have absolutely no problems “standing up,” but this reaction was foolish and would not be worth going to jail over. And what, in your mind, would be worth going to jail over, given the details surrounding this incident?

The only details given are that a supposedly Muslim person was blaring music that could not be heard on the audio recording and a guy annoyed by that decided to flatten this person walking by on the street.
Also, we know that a number of FReepers think it's perfectly fine to punch someone unprovoked that might have the same religion as someone who committed a crime, elsewhere.
