Some people believe only PART of the Bible. They CHOOSE to ignore some parts, as in Matthew 19:3-12 and Mark 10:2-12, Jesus' words against marry-divorce-remarry and so on...the "Henry VIII" model.
The words of Jesus aren't like a menu, are they, where we can pick and choose? We trust ALL of His words, ALL of them.

FEAR and TREMBLING and hopeful confidence in the promises of Christ. If we can't trust the promises of Jesus, ALL OF THEM, then whom can be trust?
