Your guess is in error, amihow. What you accept as fact is a legend, a fiction, which you have believed. Historical evidence is that Peter remained in the same ministry to the Jews from the city of Jerusalem as did the Apostle James and that Paul and Barnabas were sent to the Gentiles including the Romans...not Peter, who liars erroneously claim was the first rcc pope.

We do read the scriptures, a lot...Peter never went to Rome...No where in the scriptures does it even hint at Peter going to Rome...
