“Can Catholics do a Recall on this Fake Pope”
One has to consider that the Holy Spirit might have sent this bad pope with deliberateness, as a chastisement for bad Catholics and other Christians. The papacy would be valid in that case and not “fake”.
The Holy Spirit wouldn’t deliberately send us a non-Catholic pope. That would make Him a liar. However, it is possible that He allowed it as a wake up call to the post Vatican II Catholics.
