The book, ANTICHRIST, ISLAM’S AWAITED MESSIAH, by Joel Richardson lays out your point perfectly. Currently, the hereitic can convert, die or pay the Jizya. When the Islamic Jesus returns, he eliminates the Jizya (sp). The Islamic Messiah perfectly matches the Bible’s view of the anti-Christ. Good book.

The Mahdi seems to be a separation of Jesus Kingly role into another person.

Surah 5:116 has Jesus being asked on the last day if he had told mankind to take himself and his mother as gods beside Allah.

I am a Christian, have a very meaningful spiritual life, am of the Catholic faith, and had a near-death experience in ICU which involved the presence of and direct dialogue with a spiritual entity that seemed to me to be the Christ.

Our Lord Jesus Christ, the lord of life, has nothing to do with the fanatical mohamedan fables.

Yeah, he’s supposed to be the Mahdi’s humble assistant. I can’t picture it.

By their (Muslim Jihadists) fruits ye shall know them.

I see Islam as the rider on the Green Horse in the book of
Revelation with Death and Hell with him. (”Chloros” is
translated “green” every other place it appears in the Bible.) Green is the color of Islam.

Interestingly enough, in the pamphlet “A conversation between Christians and Muslims”, the author (a Saudi Imam) asserts that believing in the miraculous birth of Jesus is a basic tenet of Islam. However, the next logical step is that if Jesus birth is true, then he was, in a physical sense, half-immortal, a god, if you will.

So given this, how is it possible that such a man as Jesus could play second fiddle to a mortal man who never performed any miracles?

BTW, from his comments on the Bible, I doubt that the Saudi Imam referenced above ever even bothered to read it. I do hope that his understanding of the Quran is much better.
