Did the French “authorities” follow this terrorist
like the others?

Where is the shame in the ruling classes? [/s]
When I read Le Figaro a few hours ago it was repoorted that one of the perps was “known” to the authorities.
Two of the terrorists were local teens and at least one wore an ankle monitor and lived with his parents.
This church had been on Isis hit list.
One of the articles on this said that one of the two perps was already wearing an electronic “tag” (probably an ankle bracelet) because he had tried to travel to Syria previously. Somehow the conditions of his release gave him unsupervised time between 8:30am and 12:30pm every day, and the attack happened right in the middle of that window.
On a related note, PM Hollande has come right out and declared that France is at war with ISIS. So there’s that, at least.

From what I read he had a monitoring bracelet, but was permitted outside his home from 8:30 AM to 9:00 PM. He murdered the priest at 9AM
