I left that out because those who were not chosen to be included in the Elect will never receive the Spirit anyway. No revival will change that.
If you refer to ‘the elect’ as written of in the Revelation of John, those are not in The Ekklesia but are the elect ‘chosen’ during the Tribulation.

aint they interesting? I sure woulda liked to have gone to see one of his sermons- He seemed like a pretty cool preacher- but he did have critics- accusing him of showmanship I believe-
