Like who? Perhaps Judge Roy Moore. Nope, he (his wife actually since he is not allowed to really comment) supports Cruz especially after Trump wanted to put in SC position the person (Pryor) that took him down questioning his religion. I am southern Christian, wasn't me. It was Southern low information voters. The gun forums in the south supported Cruz (often on a razor edge but they did support him over Trump mainly due to Trumps past of supporting a gun grab). Example: the largest gun group in Alabama had a poll and Cruz won it by just over 50%.
I think if the South had it to do over. A lot of them wouldn't vote Trump again.
Trump won the southern primaries primarily because the South is more PO’d with Washington and the Liberals than the rest of the country is.
There were 4 to 6 candidates in those primaries. In a Trump vs Cruz primary, the results very well may have been different.
Either man will be better than Hillary or Bernie.
