"sacred music" synonyms: religious, spiritual, devotional, church, ecclesiastical "sacred music"

(of writing or text) embodying the laws or doctrines of a religion. "A sacred text."

"Back in the USSR" or "Cherry Pie" having a deep personal meaning to you and another person doesn't make it "sacred music."
