I know you want to change the focus away from the charlatanism with which the Protestants treat the scripture. I just read a post, just above yours, where Jesus supposedly was switching drinks on the disciples, saying one thing but giving them another.

Do take care... The veneration of ANYONE or ANYTHING other than God IS idolatry....which is exactly what Roman Catholicism does when it ascribes to Mary qualities that are, by Scripture, God's alone. I pointed out just one example in 1 Timothy 2:5...which is the counterpoint to your claim about "Protestant charlatans" that can't read scripture plainly in front of them showing that Catholics apparently don't read plainly stateled scripture.

So... If Scripture SAYS PLAINLY that Christ is the only mediator between God and men, why does Roman Catholicism teach that Mary is a mediatrix? Do you not see that plain scripture that refutes Catholic teaching?
