Amen to that. And if the reporters were from a cross section of American society, I think it inevitability would.

But they are not. They are selected either by ideology or willingness to parrot the ideology of the left in exchange for career advancement. Only rarely does someone slip through this filter and become a real journalist.

We had a visiting priest today to replace our priest who was caught up in a wreck near the turnpike or something like that. The buses from the KC-St.Joseph Diocese were stranded for nearly a full 24 hours. They had to remove the center barriers in order to get things moving again. We had a bunch of homeschool friends on those buses! I’m so glad they’re moving again and can’t wait to hear of the adventures first hand!

For many years, I was not even aware there was an abortion issue.

Same here. In my 20's, I sort of thought "it's none of my business". Then a Catholic friend said, well, what happens if we do nothing, (meaning if we don't interfere)? You will have a human being, a baby. That turned the light on for me.
