Yes, in the sense that the claim that Mary gave birth to a son would not be rejected by... anyone.

What is remarkable about Jesus’ birth is that Mary gave birth to the Second Person of the Trinity.

Mary, “Mother of God,” emphasizes Jesus’ divine nature.

Pretty simple.
