From another article I was told these Protestants were Muslim converts to Protestantism. Everyone here feel free to check this out. If this is a "true" conversion then these would be dead muslims as their families would have done an honor killing by now.

I read, too, that they were Christians/ converts. I do not believe it, actually. They might be just checking out soft targets. Satan hates the cross, after all. I cannot see Christians doing this, except perhaps that group that pickets funerals - Westboro Baptist. Other than that, no one would disrupt a church service in Jesus’s name.
