Yeah, OK, but I used to be Catholic, and was educated in Catholic schools. They didn’t teach us that, and there is no Biblical basis for it, other than indicating Peter is the rock upon which Christ built the Church, and Peter being the first ‘Pope’.
If that’s the basis of it, it’s pretty thin.
I don’t know where that came from but there’s certainly more than one poster who adheres to it.
