I gave it to you Matt 13 sower of the seed parable. The seed sprouted, but didn’t continue in the faith thus surrendering their salvation.
But the seed is the word.
The word can’t continue in salvation.
The soil is the person.
Did Thomas lose his salvation?
What was Jesus reaction to both Peter and Thomas? Peter for denying Him and Thomas for doubting Him?
It’s not up to us to *keep* our salvation.
Read Galatians 3.
We are not saved by faith and kept by works. And the idea of giving up salvation is not found in Scripture.
So what do you do with all God’s promises about Him keeping us to the end and being sealed with the Holy Spirit until the day of redemption?
Ignore them?
