Sure, there are plenty perps who deserve the death penalty. The problem is that very few have the specific qualifications found in the Gospel (as in “he who is without sin”) to carry it out.

The problem is that very few have the specific qualifications found in the Gospel (as in “he who is without sin”) to carry it out. Romans 13 addresses that issue, despite the teachings of the Catholic church.
