The perversion often does not appear of just itself. It’s part of a larger distortion of love.
Before he can learn how to be a partner he needs to learn how to be a man, and that in turn requires learning the love of God.
Not too many modern Christian followings are very good at this. And the fault isn’t the Christianity, or maybe it should be said the fault is the lack of it.
And that may be what we've got to be on the lookout for: seeing a kid who cannot accept his father's love--- neither of his earthly or heavenly Father --- because of some inner emotional wound.
He certainly can't "get interested" in a normal way with a women, if he doesn't react with anybody like a normal boy or man.

2. That has USUALLY been the role of the father, rather, "Dad," hasn't it? Maybe daddies and dads are just obsolete in our sad society.
