By "country" if you mean the U.S. Federal and State Governments and our Babylonian confused societies promoted by MTV, movies, TV and such...then it does appear the Protective Hand of God appears to have been removed years ago.

In disagreement with some posters here, I think there is Biblical evidence that the same judgments that fell on God's chosen Nation, shall fall and are falling on America's "corporate" wickedness, as you put it.

Yet, God always has saved a remnant of people for Himself. I want to be one member of this fragment torn from Satan's clutches and deceptions.

It really is a spiritual war going on in high places. But God is forever in charge and knows the outcome and He tells His children not to be fearful but rather watchful and ready.
