If the Church loosens the bonds of marriage, won’t that loosen all sins committed against the Commandment “Thou shall not commit adultery”?

Which is why it Will. Not. Happen. My guess is that it will be similar to Humanae Vitae. The teachings of the Faith will be upheld (although with this pope there may be some obscutary language thrown in). Then many/most bishops and priests will ignore it. Any bishops that try to discipline errant priests will be told to tone it down.
We’ve been down this road before. One silver lining is that the younger priests are the more faithful now. As time gos on the priesthood will likely reassert the teaching on marriage.
