If you don’t repent— is that a sin? and are you saved by the atonement of Christ for the sins on man—— or not?

You are absolutely saved from your sins by Christ. The whole point of the Gospel is "Repent and believe the Good News!"

Christ is the greatest of Lovers --- but He is not a rapist. If you decide at the end that you love your sin more than you love Him, He will not beat you unconscious, grab you by the hair and drag you into Paradise.

Though He would die to save you. And He did.
