Benedict has criticism, which he has voiced to Francis, but only when he is asked for his opinion.

What was this criticism? <>Thus, Benedict is not going to do or say anything that would even suggest that he is speaking with the authority of a “Pope.”

No one said he had to say anything as "with the authority of the pope". He should be saying something however if he truly believes that Francis is wrong and causing havoc. But then again, there aren't any Catholic bishops willing to do this. This leads me to believe that no one really thinks so.

It is known that Benedict has written messages to Francis, when asked for his opinion. The content has been kept in the strictest confidence. At least, strict enough that it hasn’t been shared with ME!

There is nothing that the faithful can do except not participate in the madness, and do all we can to undermine the Pope’s credibility in those matters where he has no authority to teach, and particularly where he is promoting hoaxes—such as socialism and global warming.
