The Bible teaches me that one must be born from above to receive eternal life.
The Bible teaches me that Believing/faithing on Jesus as my Savior and Lord has birthed me from above ... I am born again.
The Bible teaches me that being born from above I now have eternal life in me, for it is Christ Who is in me both to will and to do of His good pleasure. As many as are lead by the Spirit, they are the sons of God.
The Bible teaches me and you to not mess with familiar spirits, and you've told us that you do that.
The Bible tells me to disassociate from one who messes with familiar spirits.
“The Bible teaches me and you not to mess with familiar spirits, and you’ve told us that you do that.”
And quite freely, earlier in the thread. Repeatedly confronted over it the language became more orthodox, and thus more subtle. There really is no way any believing church could overlook such a person’s teaching once it became known. Being clearly outside the realm of sound doctrine it could not stand unopposed.
Such reproof is in no way Pharisaical, but absolutely Biblical. There is no hidden realm behind Scripture just waiting to be revealed to the one who “goes inside”. Truth deepens and unfolds as we “give ear” to the Lord but this is not what New Agers mean by Light. They end up in spiritism and mediumship, with a false humility and a lot of “love” talk.
Meaningless, as It’s all twisted and the godly definitions have been subverted and switched.
