One can only hope mosquitoes are not included. Didn't C.S. Lewis respond to a critic who ridiculed his essay, "The Pains of Animals" ("Dr. Lewis seems to envision a heaven for mosquitoes") by observing, perhaps acidly, that it did not seem impossible to him to combine a hell for humans with a heaven for mosquitoes? ;-)
