God made you so you could believe. what you believe will depend upon what you put your faith in. If God is not a liar, then His statements about Himself in the Bible are a sound thing upon which to place your faith. You will have faith in something, even lies that aliens might tell you about themselves.
How do you personally know that what you personally believe is universally true? If the yardstick is a personal relationship with an almighty, timeless being (however that works), how is not open to some interpretation?
