Well, you didn’t give a Biblical justification for this belief in papal infallibility, you just said it’s only happened twice so far. Whatsoever you bind on Earth will be bound in Heaven, whatsoever you loose on Earth will be loosed in Heaven..
Christ wouldn't have given the power to bind in Heaven and then let an erroneous decision be made.
